Every purchase helps feed and take care of children that desperately need help (amazima.org).

“ If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.”

Philippians 4:13 Branches Canvas

I did this for my friend Emily's guest room.
I kind of fell in love with and was a little tempted to keep it. : )
It would match my living room perfectly.
I did the right thing and let her have it though. ha!
The picture isn't wonderful, but at least you get the idea.

Joshua 1:9 Canvas

This was made for a sweet baby boys room.
They had a construction them going on, so her husband had an idea
to do the cross with nails to tie that in.

Wedding Vow Canvases

A while back, I made some wedding canvases for another friend of mine.
Another customer saw them and knew that they would make a perfect anniversary gift for her husband.
They had written their own vows for each other (which were beautiful by the way),
but they were a bit too long to fit on the canvases, so she trimmed them down a little and this is what we ended up with.
I love these canvases. They are so fun and meaningful. : )

Acrostic Subway Art

My sweet friend April Jackson is an amazing mom.
Her children are absolutely precious.
Her oldest son Eli truly loves the Lord and is such a man of God already.
You should hear him talk about his favorite passages of scripture
and hear how much scripture he already has hidden in his heart.
Just being around them makes me want to be a better mom.
At school he was supposed to make an acrostic poem and this is what he made.
His mom wanted to have it turned into some art for their house.
See...great mom. : )

Grown Up Monogram Canvas

My friend April also wanted to order this cute monogram canvas for their bedroom.
She said it makes her smile every time she looks at it.
That makes my day. : )

Family Rules (different style)

A sweet family friend of ours asked me to do their family rules,
but in a different style than I have done before.
In this painting, the letters are hand done,
instead of stenciled and distressed
like the subway art you see everywhere.
There is still a lot of measuring involved to make sure
everything is nice and straight, which takes a long time,
but I'd do just about anything for this sweet family.
It's going to go in her little boy's bathroom,
but is hopefully versatile enough, that it can be moved
around the house to other rooms if she wants to.

Foster family Family Tree Canvas

These canvases were done for some amazing parents that are opening their homes to foster children. Each time a child comes into their home, they get to add their fingerprint and become part of their family tree.
What a great idea!
